Go to https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sync
Click on the Download button will download the zip file.

To install the plugin follow the below steps:

Login to your WordPress website
Go to Plugins > Add New
Click on the Upload Plugin button
Click on Choose file and select the zip
Click on Install Now
